At Teams Training Thailand, our vision is simple: we don’t just play games; we build bridges. Recently, we had the privilege of bringing that vision to life for a dynamic group of future leaders.

We were brought in by KH Academy to facilitate the team-building element of a major cross-cultural program involving 20 sharp minds: 10 from Thammasat Business School (TBS) and 10 from Korea’s prestigious Seoul National University (SNU).

The Mission: Connection on the Move The students were bright, fluent in English, and eager—but they were also strangers. Our job was to accelerate the “getting to know you” phase and turn two separate university groups into one unified team.

The unique twist? We didn’t have the luxury of staying in one room. This was a team-building journey to Ayutthaya. We had to keep the energy and engagement high across three completely different environments:

  1. On the Bus: Turning travel time into connection time.
  2. At the Restaurant: Keeping the momentum flowing over lunch.
  3. At the Hotel: Diving deep into collaboration challenges in the meeting room.

Our Approach: Agility and Impact When you work with high-potential students like these, you have to bring your A-game. They don’t need basic instruction; they need energy and engagement.

Our team adapted to the changing flow of the day instantly. We designed activities that maximized interaction, ensuring that the Thai and Korean students were mixing, strategizing, and laughing together from the moment the bus wheels started turning. Whether we were in a moving vehicle or a conference hall, we ensured the standard of delivery never dropped.

The Result: One Unified Team The chemistry was instant. Because we bring an energy to the table that is infectious, the students matched us step-for-step. By the end of the day, the distinction between TBS and SNU had faded. We saw a single group of friends and future colleagues collaborating effortlessly.

We want to send a huge thank you to KH Academy for trusting us with this project. It was inspiring to work with such a talented group of young adults.

Need a partner who can keep up with your team? Whether you are planning a static workshop or a multi-location adventure, we have the adaptability and the energy to make it a success.
